About the Firm

Robyn Park Freiberg has over 25 years of Workers' Compensation experience.   

Ms. Freiberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Law & Society from the University of California, San Diego in 1996 and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2002. Ms. Freiberg graduated from law school in two and one-half years while working full time. She is admitted to practice in all California courts and is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Freiberg is also a former claims examiner affording her an insider and informed perspective on claims handling.  These experiences together give her a unique 360 degree view on effective litigation and the development and execution of preemptive strategies.
